PACSW welcomes its newest members
Since 2008, the President’s Advisory Committee on the Status of Women (PACSW) has worked to improve the climate and opportunities for women at UCOP. Our current membership of 37 women represents the diversity of UCOP. PACSW makes recommendations to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Rachael Nava on changes to afford women equal and fair access to UCOP programs, activities and opportunities. In addition to examining current policies, procedures and programs, PACSW envisions model programs and supports their implementation — often partnering with Human Resources and other UCOP departments and staff organizations.
