Next Thursday, Dec. 2, UCOP Learning and Development will lead a newly developed workshop focused on techniques to facilitate virtual and hybrid meetings that include all voices and engage your participants.
Why focus on inclusiveness? By engaging all participants, you’ll create a climate of openness that will foster greater teamwork and more decision ownership. In this hourlong class, participants will learn to:
- Structure meetings to foster engagement
- Determine the right engagement strategy for a variety of participants and objectives
- Discuss and share best practices of hybrid vs. remote meetings
