What to know about the Supreme Court’s ruling against the EPA

The Supreme Court’s ruling on West Virginia v. EPA delivered a blow to climate change and to federal agencies generally. It rolls back the Environmental Protection Agency’s authority to regulate greenhouse gases from power plants, while simultaneously limiting the power of federal agencies.
