Our first week in UCOP’s Future of Work Phase 2 begins April 3. UCOP employee resource groups (ERGs) and leadership have planned a variety of fun activities for employees to reconnect with one another and explore our workplace culture.

EPIC — equity, participation, inclusion and community — Week takes place Monday through Friday, with in-person and virtual events that will provide all staff with opportunities to have fun, reconnect with our community and learn how to become more involved at UCOP. On Tuesday and Wednesday, UCOP leadership has planned Community and Connection events in Oakland with networking opportunities and treats. Read on for the details and mark your calendar today!

Note that Riverside, Sacramento and UCDC leadership will contact staff at those locations to share details about local events.

EPIC Week: LaSA/OPSA Cultural Exchange

Are you interested in connecting with others while learning about a new culture? Join the Latinx Staff Association and OP Staff Assembly to participate in a cultural exchange. Over the course of a week, small teams will assemble to gather fun facts about various cultures. Participants will receive prizes!
