Excel: Power Pivot
Oct. 17 & 19, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Advance your Excel skills by learning Power Pivot! In this class you will become familiar with the PowerPivot application. We’ll practice importing data to a PowerPivot worksheet, then manipulate it, create reports and use DAX functions. We’ll also cover how to distribute PowerPivot data.

Excel: Power BI
Nov. 7, 14 & 21, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
In this class, you’ll learn about and practice using Power BI. Topics include connecting to data sources; data cleaning, profiling, and shaping; visualizing data with Power BI, including interactively; and enhancing, publishing and sharing reports and dashboards.

Microsoft Excel: Macros and VBA
Nov. 9 & Dec. 6, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. (Please note that this registration is for the waitlist)
In this two-part series, you’ll learn how Macros and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) can help you customize and automate repetitive tasks in Excel. Macros can automate tasks to be repeated and where they are limited, VBA coding can expand your ability to perform necessary tasks. Topics include recording, executing, editing and adding VBAs to Macros; interacting, design-decision-making and looping VBAs; and debugging VBA techniques. Prior to enrolling you must have successfully completed MS Excel Intermediate or have the requisite skills taught in that class.
