Senior Event Planner Alex Santos
The Office of Sustainability sends an enthusiastic Shout-Out to Senior Event Planner Alex Santos for planning and executing a series of systemwide sustainability events at UC Santa Cruz last month.
“Alex collaborated with teams at UCOP and UC Santa Cruz to expertly manage three large and logistically complex events,” explains Sustainability Initiatives Program Manager Sarah Lisker. “We appreciated how Alex skillfully responded to unexpected challenges and thoughtfully incorporated sustainability practices into each event. To top it off, he shared best practices and event-planning wisdom with the team to help us continue learning.”
