Zoom Advanced
Feb. 6, 1:10 – 2 p.m.
Learn about Zoom features that can improve your virtual experience, including personal meeting IDs, advanced web portal settings and scheduling options, screen-sharing options, smart recording; Zoom rooms and event spaces. You’ll also have an opportunity to ask questions.

Box Fundamentals
Feb. 22, 2 – 3 p.m.
Get an overview of Box, the cloud-based service that provides secure file storage and file sharing at UCOP. We’ll review the best features of Box, including collaborating inside and outside of UCOP, commenting on files, folder permissions, shared links and more. IT administrators will also provide an opportunity to ask questions.

UCOP Excel Advanced Data Analysis
Feb. 27 and March 5, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
This follow-up course to Excel Introduction to Data Analysis will teach you how to use more Excel tools for data analysis. Topics include: working with multiple worksheets and workbooks; sharing and protecting workbooks; automating workbook functionality; introduction to Macros and VBA; filter, sort by, unique and other dynamic array functions; auditing tools; forecasting data, including trends, analyze data tool, forecast sheets and sparklines; map data, including 3-D maps.

Excel Intermediate/Advanced
March 20 and March 27, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Microsoft Excel has hundreds of features and functions. Implementing the correct feature at the correct time and in the correct sequence can be challenging. In this workshop we’ll share Excel features to use right away and capabilities to build upon as your Excel knowledge grows. Topics include SumIFs, AveregeIFs and CountIFs; tables with structured referencing and Pivot Tables.

Collaborating Productively in Hybrid Meetings
March 20, 1 – 3 p.m. — Hybrid workshop (Oakland + Zoom)
In this workshop, we’ll address the biggest challenges meeting facilitators and participants face in a hybrid format and teach you how to overcome them to lead meetings smoothly. We’ll cover preparation and processes that will increase participation and engagement, and include all voices — whether guests are participating in person or virtually.
