Box Fundamentals
Nov. 20, 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
This course provides an overview of Box, a cloud-based service that provides secure file storage and file sharing at UCOP. We’ll cover the basics of using Box, collaborating with colleagues and people outside UCOP, file comments, folder permissions, shared links and more. You’ll also have an opportunity to ask questions.

Accessible PDFs
Dec. 4, 1 – 2:30 p.m.
This course focuses on Adobe Acrobat and advanced PDF accessibility remediation techniques. You will learn how to edit or enhance accessibility within a PDF file and check PDFs with a screen reader.

Excel Macro/VBA
Dec. 5 and 12, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
In this two-part series, you will learn how Macros and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) help users customize and automate repetitive tasks in Excel. Use Macros to automate repeated tasks and apply VBA coding where macros are limited.
