Leveraging Diverse Skills and Experiences in IT Careers

Join OPSA via Zoom for a conversation featuring colleagues in UCOP and systemwide Information Technology Services (ITS). Join Compensation Director JJ Lerma of UCOP Human Resources for a virtual conversation about how the UCOP promotion process works. Attendee questions are welcome! This is a great opportunity to clarify any questions you may have about the steps and requirements involved.
Demystifying the Promotion Process: Panel Discussion
Feb. 5, 2025: 12 – 1 p.m. (PT)
Hear from UCOP staff who have firsthand experience with the promotion process. Our panelists will share their insights, challenges and success stories to help demystify the path to advancement.
