Veterans Among Us (VAUS), a UCOP employee resource group, continues its mission to build community and connection among veterans, allies and colleagues throughout the UC system.

The latest issue of the VAUS Newsletter introduces the group’s “Bridging the Gap” proposal — a UC-wide initiative designed to strengthen advocacy, mentorship and leadership opportunities for veteran employees. By fostering trust, inclusion and visibility, VAUS aims to ensure that every veteran feels supported and recognized for the unique strengths they bring to UC.

This issue also features upcoming events, campus stories and key resources for veterans and allies, along with a call to get involved in building a stronger, more connected community.
