Build your skills, connect with peers, and support innovation and continuous improvement through UCOP’s membership with the Network for Change and Continuous Innovation (NCCI).

Established in 1999, NCCI is a network of higher-education leaders and professionals focused on improving institutional effectiveness and applying continuous improvement practices across academic and administrative areas. Many UCOP colleagues have taken advantage of NCCI opportunities since 2022, and UCOP now has an organizational membership open to all staff.

Through UCOP’s membership with NCCI, you can create a free account and begin accessing an array of resources and opportunities, including:

  • No-cost online learning and educational offerings
  • Professional development and certificate programs
  • Networking opportunities with higher-education peers
  • Member discounts for NCCI events and programs, including the annual conference taking place July 15–17 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

How to create your free NCCI account

  • Go to ncci-cu.org
  • Select “Log in” in the upper right-hand corner of the page
  • Select “New Member? Click here”
  • Enter your email address (Note: If you receive an error message indicating that your email is already in the system, contact info@ncci-cu.org for help accessing your account.)
  • When you reach the “Institution/Company Name” field, use the magnifying glass tool to the right of the field, then enter “University of California, Office of the President”
