At this virtual event — open to all UCOP staff — colleagues will explain how they’re streamlining tasks, enhancing productivity and solving everyday challenges using AI.

2:00 p.m. – 2:40 p.m.: Full Group Presentations & Demonstrations
Attendees will get an overview of our different event tracks and hear from four UCOP AI innovators. Presenters will share challenges they have faced and demonstrate the innovative solutions they developed in response.

2:40 p.m. – 3:15 p.m.: Interactive Breakout Sessions
Join the breakout room that best suits your interest! Hear from additional presenters, engage in Q&A, and workshop ideas for how you might integrate AI into your workflow

• Data Visualization & Design: Using AI to create graphs, flyers, or space plans
• Public Research and Data Analysis: Using AI to find information and analyze large sets of data
• Custom Agents: Using AI to create process-specific automatous agents
• Python: Using AI to generate Python code
