Milliken for an engaging and topical conversation with two of the University of California’s foremost free speech experts — UC Berkeley Law Dean Erwin Chemerinsky and UC Irvine Chancellor Howard Gillman.

Dean Chemerinsky and Chancellor Gillman are the authors of “Campus Speech and Academic Freedom,” which draws on their impressive scholarship and extensive experience to help campus leaders, campus communities, government officials, and the public better understand and address the contentious issues surrounding campus speech.
President Milliken will kick off the conversation with a reflection on UC’s commitment to campus free speech.
