Take Our Kids to Work Day (TOKTWD) is scheduled for Wednesday, April 21, 2027. This is one of UCOP’s most beloved community-sharing events and the only one that brings ~75 colleagues’ kids to the Oakland campus and 100+ to UCPath for a day of programming and socializing.

UCOP has been hosting this fun and exciting program for at least 12 years, and we want to make the next one just as great as the last! TOKTWD Oakland committee members — Barbara Heilmann, Joyce Price, and Darin Jensen — are seeking new members and volunteers to make that happen.

How you can help

• Join the Oakland committee: Help us plan next April’s event.
• Sign up to present a session, by yourself or with your department.
• Volunteer on April 21: Share the day and hang out with the kiddos!

Attend a planning session to learn more

The next TOKTWD planning committee meeting will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 10, from 10:05 – 11 a.m., via Zoom.

For the event Zoom link or for more information, contact the TOKTWD team, and someone will get back to you right away.
