Éva Goode appointed UCOP budget director

Éva Goode has been named UCOP budget director, effective March 11. In her new role, she will manage the preparation and rollout of the OP budget.
The Oakland native and UC Santa Cruz alumna worked at OP in 2002. She left to attend graduate school at Davis, earning her MBA. After a couple of years working in the corporate finance group at Hewlett-Packard, she spent eight years at the San Mateo Transit District, which runs CalTrain.
“I’ve always loved budgets,” Goode says. “They give you a great perspective on an organization. I’m looking forward to having that understanding of the intricacies of the organization here.”
