Staff Assembly wants your feedback: Focus group today

The Office of the President Staff Assembly (OPSA) is hosting two hour-long focus groups centered on how to drive staff engagement. Topics under discussion will include the 2015 Staff Engagement Survey results. Both focus groups will record audience feedback through an interactive polling feature. Audience members are encouraged to bring their smartphones, tablets or laptops to participate in the polling activity, which will help OPSA prioritize the staff engagement focus areas for the upcoming year.
Staff who are interested in offering feedback are encouraged to attend. Refreshments will be served.

Time: 9-10 a.m. and 12-1 p.m.

What is the OPSA agenda in regards to helpping employees to have a healthy work environment?
Does the OPSA has any power to implement changes?
What the OPSA had done on behalf of the staff to communicate work issues directly to the President?
The website does not have any statistics of your work, the info is old, the employees survey is from 2012. What are the results for this survey and what changes are in place?
Can you focus more your agenda on improving staff work conditions?

Sounds like you have lots of ideas and want to get involved. I invite you to our session today, October 6 at 9:00 a.m. or noon to review the Staff Engagement Survey results and help us prioritize. Also, please feel free to come to our next OP Staff Assembly Meeting on October 14 at noon in Franklin 7409. We use this monthly meeting to help us focus our energies based on staff input. We would love to hear your thoughts.

Those are all good questions.
We encourage you to attend the focus groups today but also to come to our monthly meetings. The next OPSA Meeting is next Wednesday October 14th from 12 to 1 PM in Franklin Room 7409.
