Council of UC Staff Assemblies (CUCSA) quarterly meeting on June 1 – 3

The Council of UC Staff Assemblies (CUCSA) will be holding its quarterly meeting at UCOP on June 1-3. All staff are invited to attend.
CUCSA’s mission is to maintain and enhance communication within the UC community on matters of interest to the staff, in accordance with California laws and UC policy. At the quarterly meeting, delegates from each of the 10 campuses as well as Lawrence Berkeley National Labs (LBNL) and Agriculture and Natural Resources (ANR) will spend three days meeting, networking, listening to speakers and planning for the upcoming year.
Each year, CUCSA selects four or five staff-related issues for its workgroups to focus on, and each workgroup submits a final white paper on their issue to the UC Regents in July. This year’s workgroup topics are:
- Health and wellness
- Staff veterans
- Effective change management
- Performance management
- Internal operations
