Wednesday: Donate blood and help save lives
A, B and O are the main blood types, and for a hospital patient in need, these letters are life-saving. During the past four years, new American Red Cross donors have declined by about 80,000 each year. The need for new donors has become more critical. It only takes about an hour to give blood and your donation can save three lives.
- Date: Wednesday, July 11
- Time: 8:15 a.m.–3 p.m.
- Location: The Bloodmobile will be parked in front of the East Bay Municipal Utility District building on 11th Street between Franklin and Webster streets
