Training for supervisors & managers: setting performance expectations

The Performance Management series, recommended for UCOP supervisors and managers, will guide you through the performance management process. The training on Thursday, July 29—from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in Room 12322 of the Franklin Building—is the first course in the series. Learn how to work with your staff to identify meaningful performance expectations and to communicate those expectations effectively.
Sign up on the UC Learning Center using your UCOP user name and password. Search for “expectations;” click Register to make your selection, and then click Submit.
