OP Staff Assembly events: Support for feeling overwhelmed and bingo
Join the OP Staff Assembly for two upcoming events to connect with UCOP colleagues, get informed and have fun!
Tuesday, May 18 — FSAP: Support for Feeling Overwhelmed
On Tuesday, May 18, from 2:10 – 3 p.m. (PT), attend a special presentation by Paula Trejo-Phillips, Psy.D., a counselor for the UCOP and UCSF Faculty & Staff Assistance Programs (FSAPs). Learn more about our FSAP, get tips for managing stress, anxiety and transitions, and participate in a guided mindfulness exercise. Paula’s specialty areas include post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, multiculturalism, coping with chronic medical illness and end-of-life issues. Register online here. Attend via Zoom.
Friday, May 21 — Virtual Bingo
Staff from all UCOP locations are invited to join colleagues from UC Riverside, UC Santa Barbara and UCSF for fun bingo games! Attend the session that’s best for you: 12-1 p.m. or 6-7:30 p.m. (PT). Doors will open ten minutes before each session, giving you extra time to socialize. Register online here.
