Excel: Advanced Data Analysis
Sept. 14 & 21, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
In this two-part workshop, participants will have an opportunity to work with, share and protect multiple worksheets and workbooks. Learn how to automate workbook functionality; use advanced functions; audit, forecast and analyze data and trends; create sparklines and mapping; and get an introduction to macros, VBA and dynamic arrays. Excel: Introduction to Data Analysis is a prerequisite to this class.

PowerPoint Techniques
Sept. 19, 10 – 11:30 a.m.
Learn powerful techniques that can help you save significant time, better manipulate and format presentations, convey information in a compelling way and collaborate with others more effectively. We’ll cover dozens of navigation and formatting tips and shortcuts, including master slides. We’ll share data presentation tips, including creating tables, charts and diagrams within PowerPoint and importing assets from other applications. We’ll also show how SmartArt can add visual elements that make your presentation more memorable, as well as other presentation best practices to increase impact.

LinkedIn Learning for Managers
Sept. 28, 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Learn how to use LinkedIn Learning with your team as a professional learning tool. As a UCOP manager or supervisor, LinkedIn Learning has tools and features to make assigning and tracking team learning easy!

Excel Intermediate/Advanced
Oct. 4 & Oct. 11, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Microsoft Excel has hundreds of features and hundreds of functions and choosing the right ones, at the right time, can be tricky. In this two-session course, we’ll cover core Excel features to use right away, along with capabilities to build on as your knowledge increases. Topics will include SumIFs, AveregeIFs and CountIFs; tables and pivot tables
