Shout-Out for the Oracle financial applications migration team
Oracle Applications Manager Arun Duggal sends an enthusiastic Shout-Out to the team who migrated Oracle financial applications to generation 2 (GEN 2) data centers in late November:
“I’d like to give a huge Shout-Out to the team, including Frank Basa, Sushant Prasad, Anisha Ashraf and Paul Schumann for their efforts in making a successful migration to GEN 2.
“Special thanks are due to Srikanth Penumalla and Veeresham Merugu for stepping up beyond their normal duties and responsibilities and testing the EDMCS Enterprise Data management application.
“A special thanks is also due to Mark Boyce for helping and testing the SSO setups for Oracle Cloud financial applications during migration. Mark was always there when needed and he has spent multiple weekends setting up and testing before everyone else.
“Last but not least, thanks are due to Jean DeMartini and Angela Heath for testing and validation and ensuring the data integrity during the migration process.
“I am proud and thankful that the team worked tirelessly with full dedication — even over the weekend — to complete the testing and allow us to maintain business continuity during this migration.”
