The Council of UC Staff Assemblies (CUCSA) is a systemwide employee resource group, founded in 1974, that maintains and enhances communication within the university community on matters of interest to staff employees in accordance with California laws and Regent policy. All UC locations, including UCOP, are represented. CUCSA’s goal is to provide service to the university by advising and providing a staff perspective to decision-makers.

Next Tuesday, July 9, at 11 a.m. (PT), attend CUCSA’s quarterly town hall. This session is open to staff throughout the UC system and will feature presentations of the recommendations from each CUCSA workgroup. Chairs will provide very brief updates on their recommendations, then allow time for questions and feedback from staff. This is the final opportunity to provide feedback before the workgroups present their recommendations to the Board of Regents on July 18.

This year’s workgroups include Total Compensation, Policy-Covered Staff Identities, Sustainable Workforce and Well-being.
