Come get your flu shot at UCOP’s 2022 Oakland Flu Shot Clinic in partnership with UC San Francisco.

When: October 12, 10 – 11 a.m., or October 19, 9 – 10 a.m.
Where: Franklin Building, Lobby 2
Sign up: Complete the UCOP 2022 Flu Shot Clinic Sign-Up Smartsheet to make sure that a vaccine is available for you. After those who have signed up have been vaccinated, walk-ins may be accepted if additional vaccines are available.
Bring: Your UCOP employee badge. You do not need to bring your medical plan card.
Note: If you would like to have your flu shot documented in your medical record, UCSF will offer a signed note from their nurse practitioner that you can give to your medical provider.
