UCOP Wellbeing: Lunch and Chat – Emotional Fatigue

Take a mindful pause in your day and join us for this virtual monthly series for individual and collective wellbeing. There will be space for reflection, discussion, and real-life application. Bring your lunch, curiosity and a willingness to connect. All are welcome!

Jun 27: Emotional Fatigue: Physical exhaustion is obvious but emotional burnout will defeat you before you see it. Feelings get tired just like muscles. Together we will explore how to recognize emotional burnout and ways to restore emotional energy.
