Plan your records needs for the new Oakland UCOP building complex
The new Oakland building is still under construction, but UCOP Records Management is already making plans to help departments manage their physical and electronic records in time for the move through the Building Consolidation Records Project.
In the fall, Montaña & Associates met with departments to assess their needs. Now departments need to schedule strategic meetings with UCOP Records Management to review the consultants’ assessment and identify next steps. If you missed the Jan. 17 meeting about the consultants’ assessment, a recording and slides are available.
