Temporary closure of At Your Service applications

At the end of every calendar year, two At Your Service Online (AYSO) applications must close down in order to allow UCOP and local payroll offices to complete year-end health and welfare changes. AYSO’s Benefits Enrollment (a.k.a. New Hire) and Current Enrollments applications will close at 5 p.m. on Friday, December 11, 2009. The applications are scheduled to re-open the morning of Wednesday, January 6, 2010. NOTE: All other AYSO applications will be available.
Employees using Current Enrollments through December 11 will continue to see 2009 Health & Welfare enrollments (Open Enrollment changes will not be reflected here). When using the application in the new year, you will see your 2010 enrollments (including their Open Enrollment changes).
An employee with a PIE who does not complete his/her Benefits Enrollments by 5 p.m. on December 11 will need to complete them by paper. Please keep this deadline in mind as you work with new employees.
