OGC raises $2,332 for area families and youth; Holiday Giving Tree names still available

The Office of General Counsel (OGC) thanks all of UCOP for supporting their annual bake sale, raffle and silent auction. A total of $2,332 was raised to benefit Family Emergency Shelter Coalition (FESCO) of Alameda County, First Place Fund for Youth and Kids on the Move America!

OGC is also coordinating a Giving Tree to support families of FESCO. Gift tags are still available and can be picked up in OGC’s sitting area on the 8th floor of the Franklin Building. Wrapped gifts should be returned to OGC by Thursday, December 10.

FESCO provides food, clothing and shelter for families in need in Alameda County.  First Place Fund for Youth provides housing, employment and self-sufficiency services to foster youth. Kids on the Move America is a youth impact program supporting health, social and intellectual development of low-income children in Alameda County.
