Applications due March 17 for Management Skills Assessment Program

Applications are being accepted through March 17 for UC’s Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP), a week-long residential program designed to assess current management skills in the context of the complexities facing UC managers.
Fifty-four participants from Northern California experience scenario exercises, give and receive feedback, discuss strengths and areas for growth, and plan to enhance their management skills.
Applicants must have one or more years of service at UC (past probation, career status) as of the March 17 application deadline. Supervisor support is essential to the success of MSAP participants. Highest priority will be given to individuals with:
* One to five years of experience supervising or managing people or projects
* One to five years in current job
