Brown Bag talk: Coping with work and home related stressors

Ofra Eldor takes on a practical approach when addressing stress-related issues at work and home. Learning to recognize oneself (and others) where stress comes from and the coping skills necessary to deal with difficult situations will be addressed in a conversational forum. Learning to know the different ways people express stress can lead to better communication and understanding.
Ofra Eldor, MA, is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and has a private practice in Berkeley. Some of her specialties include diversity issues in America, as well as working with first generation immigrants and their children.
