What I do for OP in less than 5 words: Make wishes come true.
The best part about working for OP: I happen to work in a department where we are able to truly bounce ideas off one another. We have a high degree of communication here at the TechDesk. We solve close to 1,800 technical requests a month. With such a high number of tickets we do a fantastic job of supporting, listening and making suggestions that will benefit of all UCOP. It is the ultimate definition of a “team effort.”
Something you don’t know about me: I secretly love animated films (Pixar, Disney, Dreamworks, etc.) but I act like I need to go because of my 7-year-old daughter.
One weird fact about the town I grew up in: The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk was founded in 1907, and it is California’s oldest surviving amusement park. I really don’t know why I know this.
If I could have any job in the world (besides the one I have now): How about a Radio DJ? Think Ryan Seacrest, but cooler.
