Communication basics for supervisors & team leaders

Supervisors and team leaders can learn communication basics in this interactive workshop tomorrow, Wednesday, July 28, from 10:00 a.m.-noon., in Room 9204 of the Franklin Building.
You’ll develop your communication skills to more effectively manage your employees and achieve your personal and team goals. Topics of interest include:
- Non-Verbal Communication: Self-Expression
- Interpersonal Communication: Connecting with Others
- Small-Group/Team Communication: Leading Others
Sign up on the UC Learning Center using your UCOP user name and password. Search for “communication basics;” click Register to make your selection, and then click Submit.
