In this introductory class for UCSF, UCOP and UCB employees, learn a simple framework for organizing and managing project work. Through interactive lectures, hands-on exercises and simulations, gain the knowledge to improve your project management skills. This is a day-long course Feb. 15, to be held at UCSF Extension in downtown San Francisco.
