Please welcome Anthony (Tony) DiGrazia, who has been appointed associate director/senior negotiator, OP Labor Relations, following a highly competitive national search, effective Monday, July 18.

DiGrazia, who is relocating from Chicago, has a long and distinguished career that includes serving as chief spokesperson/negotiator for more than 100 collective bargaining agreements in several different industries.

His most recent appointment was as labor relations attorney for Teamsters Local 781-Des Plaines, Illinois. During his 17-year appointment with the Teamsters, DiGrazia served as their CFO/secretary-treasurer. Among other responsibilities, he administered an $18M multi-employer health and welfare fund, eliminated an inherited financial deficit and served as trustee for the retirement fund.

Initially at OP, DiGrazia’s responsibilities will be UPTE negotiations and UCRP new tier negotiations for all bargaining units.
