Some people give blood because they were asked by a friend. Some know that a family member or friend might need blood some day. But you don’t need a special reason to donate blood.
Whatever your reason, the need is constant and your contribution is important to maintain a healthy and reliable blood supply. And you’ll feel good knowing you’ve helped change a life.
You can donate blood right here at the office when the American Red Cross bloodmobile returns to UCOP this Wednesday, July 16, from 8:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. Contact Jan Kehoe at (510) 987-9692 or jan.kehoe@ucop.edu to make your appointment today.
The day of the drive, you’ll find the bus parked in front of the East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) Building on 11th Street, between Franklin and Webster, less than one block from 1111 Franklin.
