Comments invited on revisions to UC compensation policy

The University of California is proposing revisions to Staff Policy 30, Compensation, which applies to staff employees in the Professional & Support Staff and Managers & Senior Professionals personnel groups.

The revisions are intended to incorporate current compensation-related policies (PPSM 30-Salary, PPSM 31-Hours of Work, PPSM 32-Overtime (Non-Exempt Employees Only) and PPSM 33-Shift and Weekend Differential (Non-Exempt Employees Only) and delegations of authority into one document, as well as align the policy with the Career Tracks initiative.

UCOP employees covered by this policy who wish to provide comments on the proposed revisions may submit them to Employee and Labor Relations Manager Michael Lum at by Friday, Jan. 9, 2015.
