The event opens Wednesday, Feb. 4, with pre-conference workshops, which are open to all attendees, in export controls, policy and writing effective investigation reports. It continues Feb. 5–6 with specialized sessions in campus culture, research, privacy and information security, international activities and general compliance.

Also on the program are a panel of campus leaders speaking on vision and strategies for UC, a luncheon with an update on UC Health and another lunch featuring a session on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

The keynote speaker will be ethicist Michael Josephson, founder and president of the Josephson Institute.

Registration is $100, and continuing education credits will be offered for the Compliance Certification Board (CCB), Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
