Influencing without authority? UC Learning Center has a class for that

Develop your ability to assess and increase influential power to accomplish your objectives in an all-day workshop brought to you by HR Learning and Development. The class, which focuses on the interpersonal and leadership skills necessary to manage workplace relationship dynamics, will be taught by Raj Kapur of the Center for Project Management.
Kapur, a graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a degree in psychology, counsels executive clients in addressing leadership styles, approaches and challenges surrounding their responsibilities as key stakeholders in their organizations’ ability to deliver needed value.

To register, go to the UC Learning Center:
- Log in using your UCOP login and password.
- Using the Search box on the left, type in the name of the class you want; that will bring up Results of Search.
- Click the session you want, then click on the Register box and Submit.
