The Efficiency Review Work Group (ERWG) is actively soliciting ideas from staff about how to make UCOP a more efficient place. To help encourage everyone to participate, ERWG members are holding a suggest-a-thon:

TIME: 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
LOCATION: Franklin lobby

Treats will be provided!

ERWG members will be on hand to answer questions and offer a laptop on which you can type in your suggestions. All staff who submit ideas on May 19 either in person or via email to efficiency@ucop.edu will be entered in a drawing for one of three $50 Amazon gift cards.

Hundreds of past staff suggestions have been implemented to improve staff training and development, energy efficiency, and decision-making processes. We appreciate your input and hope to hear from you!
