UCOP Career Tracks salary ranges adjusted

UCOP Career Tracks salary ranges for non-represented staff are reviewed annually. The most recent salary survey data showed increased market value for our benchmark jobs. As a result, we have made a 2 percent adjustment to increase the minimum, midpoint and maximum of our salary ranges.

These changes are effective July 1, 2016, and are posted on the UCOP compensation website, under the section titled “Career Tracks Salary Ranges.” Range adjustments do not automatically affect an employee’s current compensation but are used when making compensation decisions during the employee’s tenure.
