Learn about OP’s newest productivity tool, Smartsheet
IT Client Services is happy to announce a new addition to the suite of productivity tools available to UCOP staff.
Smartsheet has been gaining a foothold at OP as a feature-rich spreadsheet tool that helps you to manage tasks and projects. It has many advanced features, including mobile apps, that free you up from your desk. With Smartsheet, you can:
- Access your information and collaborate with colleagues on spreadsheets
- Check and update status from anywhere
- Show your project visually on your iPhone or iPad
Spreadsheets created in Smartsheet can be saved to Box, OP’s new cloud storage service. Please note that sensitive data cannot be stored in either Smartsheet or Box at this time.
