UCOP Mentorship Program seeking mentees for 2017-18
Are you looking to grow in your career? Do you enjoy learning from more seasoned professionals? Would expanding your network within UCOP help you?
Good news! UCOP Human Resources is again offering its Mentorship Program for fall 2017. Applications to become a UCOP mentee are due Monday, Aug. 14.
Mentees have an opportunity to gain practical knowledge and insights through one-on-one meetings with more experienced UCOP managers and leaders. These UCOP mentors have already achieved a level of expertise in their professions and are willing to coach and guide you in reaching your goals.
And this year mentees will have more opportunities to learn from and network with each other, as we have added five mentee cohort meetings facilitated by the program coordinators.
How to apply
The mentorship program is open to all UCOP staff members (career, contract or represented) from all classifications, as long as they have successfully passed their probationary status (for new employees).
If you’re interested in becoming a mentee, you must download an application from this page and submit the completed form to Lance.Page@ucop.edu by 5 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 14. To ensure others may utilize this opportunity, mentees may only participate in the program one time.
