BRC Blasts: ServiceNow goes live for all BRC services; cell phone billing centralized

News from BRC:

Effective Oct. 1, the online intake and workflow system ServiceNow will handle requests for all BRC teams, including travel and entertainment, system access and more. This means you can now submit and track all your requests electronically through the ServiceNow portal. Read the full Blast to learn more.

Effective July 1, 2017, wireless phone invoices are being centrally paid by OP Telecommunications, which is in the process of consolidating all accounts into one master account with each vendor. UCOP’s Budget & Finance department, in collaboration with BRC, will be reviewing fiscal year 2016-17 wireless phone expenses to determine the FY 2017-18 budget amount to be redirected to the central fund.     You may continue to receive Verizon and AT&T invoices for the next month as the consolidation of accounts is completed. Please continue to submit all invoices to the BRC for payment. We will be paying these invoices from the central account.
