The Office of the General Counsel (OGC)’s annual charity Thanksgiving bake sale and silent auction returns for its 32nd year!

Dates: Every day from Wednesday, Nov. 1 through Wednesday, Nov. 15
Time: 12 to 1 p.m.
Location: Franklin lobby

Pick-up for the pre-ordered items will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 21 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on the Franklin 8th floor, alongside the bake sale and silent auction. Stop by that day to purchase some additional tasty treats for your holiday table and support worthy local charities at the same time. Proceeds from this year’s events will be divided between two local charities:

  • Alameda County Community Food Bank: The food bank provides access to healthy food to members of our community, while partnering with local, state, and federal organizations to advocate for those in need.
  • First Place for Youth: A Northern California organization founded in 1998, First Place for Youth provides affordable housing and other support to former foster youth and is a national model for programs supporting high-risk youth.
