How to understand your UCPath W-2

If you signed up for an electronic W-2, it is available on UCPath for you to view or download. After logging on to UCPath, click on “Employee Actions” on the left side of the screen and then click “View Online W-2/W-2c Forms.”

If you did not request the electronic version, a printed W-2 will be mailed to the address you have on file by this Wednesday, Jan. 31.

Reminder: UC does not send actual tax statements to employees by email or text. If you have requested an electronic W-2, you must log on to UCPath to view it. If you receive an email or text that has an attachment for viewing your W-2 or other tax statement, it is a phishing scam designed to gain your private information. Do not open any attachments or click on any email links.
