Workshop: Leveraging LinkedIn to manage your professional brand
OP Staff Assembly is excited to launch OPSA Career, a series of monthly events and presentations intended to deliver important career development strategies to OP staff as they manage their careers.
Having an up-to-date and engaging LinkedIn profile has become an important part of a professional career. OPSA Career invites you to bring your lunch on Thursday, Aug. 16, and hear a presentation by LinkedIn Sales Development Manager Hector Preciado who will speak about:
- The value of LinkedIn
- How you can leverage LinkedIn to manage your professional brand
- How to manage your professional networks and seek career opportunities
To make the most of this event, we recommend bringing your laptop so you can edit your profile during the workshop. If you do not have a LinkedIn profile, we suggest creating one beforehand. However, you do not need to have a LinkedIn account or a laptop in order to attend this event.
