Join WW for its current session

Summer is just around the corner, and there’s no better time to harness your wellness goals. Every Thursday, all UCOP employees are invited to join colleagues at OP in Oakland for weekly WW (Weight Watchers) meetings. Group discounts make the program affordable and fun.

Why choose WW?

WW welcomes everyone who seeks to make progress on wellness related goals — including losing weight, eating better, moving more and developing a positive mindset — and will present science-based programs, tools and experiences to help you reach them. Joining at work gives you a chance to achieve your fitness goals while also building relationships with your colleagues, creating a support network for healthy habits.

How to participate

WW sessions take place every Thursday from 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. in Franklin 12311. You can join at any time during the series at a prorated rate; for those who begin this Thursday, May 23, the fee is $186 for the 17-week series.
