Join Records Management for an open house

UCOP Records Compliance Week is August 5–9. If you’ve been looking for the perfect time to clean out your workspace, finalize your scanning needs or attend an informational webinar, this is it!

Organize. Recycle. Repeat.*

Get rid of your records that have reached the end of their retention periods. Recycling containers and locked shred bins will be available on every floor in all Oakland UCOP buildings.

Come over and be friendly.

The Records Management team will host an open house on August 8, from 9–10:30 a.m., in Franklin Room 5320. Stop by to learn more about record retention periods, the Building Consolidation Records Project, scanning and more.

Schedule a scanning.

Meet Iron Mountain staff from August 5–7 to create a statement of work about materials you’d like scanned. Schedule an appointment using the Franklin/Broadway or Kaiser/20th Street scheduling tool.

Konmari your e-footprint*

While tidying up, don’t skip out on electronic areas. It’s easy to become inundated with electronic junk over time, causing you a lot of file-searching headaches.
