Remember to take the Staff Appreciation Challenge!

In May, the OP Staff Assembly (OPSA) typically hosts events in Oakland, Washington, D.C. and at the UCPath Center to honor and give support to all OP staff. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting regulations, this year’s in-person celebrations have been cancelled — but the celebrations will go on!
During the week of May 25, OPSA encourages all staff — especially managers, supervisors and executive leaders — to take part in the Staff Appreciation Challenge! To participate, send a Gratitude Gram to a colleague every day for a week, or get creative and show appreciation in another way each day.
Regardless of the circumstance, even the smallest gesture can make someone’s day a little brighter and easier.
