Celebrate Thanksgiving with cooking videos from your colleagues
In October, many UCOP employees virtually opened their hearts, kitchens and cultures to share their favorite recipes during Multicultural Week. The theme was Culture and Connection in the Kitchen.
A highlight of the celebrations was how-to recipe videos submitted by our colleagues. These included:
- Aimee Chang: Stir-fried greens
- Trish Dolan: Dolan-Wittmer family’s spinach quiche
- Patricia Osorio-O’Dea: Empanadas de queso
- Rachael Nava: Vasilopita
- Tony Yang: Egg drop soup
- UCOP Sustainability Team: Chicken soup, carrot top pesto, flautas de pollo, potato-skin chips, goat cheese and onion pizza
